What Core Zone would we see a player coming out of posture (AKA Posturing Up) or rising through impact?
Answer
The Anterior Zone / Upper Core Player
To experience this rise through impact, without a club, place your weight on the balls of your feet. Stay on the balls of your feet and rotate into your backswing. From that balls of feet position, turn slowly back to impact and notice that in order to turn your hips, you must rise out of your posture.

Which Core Zone do you have the greatest rotation and ease of clearing the hips?

The Posterior Zone / Lower Core Player
To experience this ease of rotaion through impact, without a club, place your weight over the center of your arches. Keep your weight over the center of your arches and rotate into your backswing. From that center of your arches balance position, turn slowly back to impact and notice the ease of rotation throught the swing.

Your weight should be the same in both your left and right feet. For example, if you are a Anterior Zone / Upper Core, your weight should begin and load into the balls of your feet at the top of your swing. Or, if you are a Posterior Zone / Lower Core, your weight should begin and load into the center of your arches at the top of your swing, never into the trail heel.

5. Why Can't I Play with the Tape on My Fingers I Used When I Determined My Dominant Core Zone?

PRIOR to the Wright Balance® Express and after determining the Dominant Core Zone, Why can't the square hip line created by the tape be used to play and practice.
Answer
The tape on one fingernail and the Dominant Core Power Spot squares the hips in all stance widths. However, when the player grips the club and the grip covers the power spots of both the left and right hands, the hips open or close negating the effect of the taped fingers.
