The Impact of Exercise Following the Wright Balance® Express

Why is ending the Wright Balance® Express on a particular stance width subregion important when playing golf or exercising?
The following video answers this question. Please note the muscle imbalance and the temporary correction of these imbalances following the plank exercise. Any exercise will produce muscle imbalances as measured by planes of motion. This video demonstrates the impact of a 1 minute plank on pelvic rotation.
Question
True or False
Any exercise that you do following the Wright Balance® Express impacts only the last of the 5 Subregions on which you ended. For example, if you end the Wright Balance® Express on BLUE 2, the ONLY disruption you will observe out of the 15 subregions is on BLUE 2.
Answer
True
Question
Does everyone have equal strength on the left and right side of the body in the rotational plane?
Answer
No. Athletes will tell you which side of their body is more developed as shown in this video with San Diego Padre, Drew Macias and New York Yankee, Mike Lamb in 2010. If you go to the 3 minute mark of this video you will hear the discussion of Drew's overdeveloped right side due to repeated swings as a left handed hitter.
Note: The above video was shot in the early research (2008 - 2022) on handle size and Core Disruption. As long as a player does the Wright Balance® Express in the 5 Stance Widths of their playing Core Zone, handle size no longer matters. They can play WITHOUT CORE DISRUPTION and visually see lines accurately whether on the putting green or at the plate.
Question
Why is it important to know the strongest side of the body?
Answer
This is not a fair question as it was not covered in the video. However it is important so I included it here.
Muscle imbalance is the source of most soft tissue injuries in any sport or acitivity. Wright Balance® has a fitness program that provides instructions for correction and strengthening the weak side of the body. This muscle balancing program is simple. There is a Wright Balance® muscle balancing program in each plane of motion.
Question
How can you tell whether the left or right side of the body is strongest?
Answer
Following the Wright Balance® Express, each person has a "direction" of the rotation of their pelvis (hips) as observed by the bar and bungee following disruption of the Core. (Note: With a new player, prior to the Wright Balance® Express, you will notice there is a different rotation of the hips at different Stance Widths.) Subsequent to the Wright Balance® Express, when there is Core Disruption, the direction of hip rotation becomes predictable and demonstrates the muscle imbalance present in every exercise performed. Regardless of plane of motion measured, pelvic rotation will always be the same.
